Terms & Conditions

We will inform you of any access required to carry out work required for the installation or any repair work.

The access is the responsibility of the customer and TJC Plumbing will not be held responsible for the cost of the access repair.

Any unforeseen work required for the installation or repair will be explained to the customer before carried out and costs explained.

TJC Plumbing & Heating require payment on completion of all works carried out at the agreed price.

All parts and appliances supplied which are in working order are not returnable. Any component or appliance faulty will be covered under the guarantee of the manufacture not the responsibility of TJC Plumbing & Heating.

All works are guaranteed for one year
